Developing and growing, with an unwavering commitment to meeting people’s needs. That’s the mission that Karina Schweig and Lukas Velke have embraced with enthusiasm in their respective roles. We’re delighted to welcome them to the Aeditive team and can’t wait to hear their ideas!
Always active and sailing with a fresh breeze of new ideas, Karina is a true globetrotter. Her focus is always on people, so she never loses sight of the big picture. With a business degree under her belt, she’s well versed in the organizational and commercial requirements of running a company. As our Head of People & Culture, her open-mindedness and creative spirit give her the ideal mindset and skills to shape and improve our culture and working environment.
A passionate collector of great ideas, Lukas holds a degree in industrial engineering. As our Product Manager, he is responsible for strategically developing our physical and digital product portfolios. With his expertise, analytical mind and innovative spirit, Lukas is always on the lookout for new solutions. His goal is not only to solve our customers’ most pressing problems with robotic 3D shotcrete printing, but also to create sustainable value – both ecologically and economically. Strategic thinking and a broad perspective also characterize his leisure time. Lukas is a keen chess player. And when he’s not focused on the chessboard, he likes to let his mind wander in the great outdoors, exploring mountains and valleys on hikes.
